About me
Hello and welcome to "Your Nutrition Solution",
My name is Alvina Cloete I was born and bred in Cape Town, South Africa. I developed a solid background of ballet, belly dancing, ninjutsu, jazz and always dreamt of being a gymnast growing up. I studied two science degrees with the intention of going into medical science. I worked for a multi-national company doing Product Development and Project Management for three years. I then moved to London to progress my career and do some extensive travelling, not having the opportunity to do so before. Two years later I felt the need to take more control of my life wake up when I wanted to and travel as much I wanted to, live everyday according to my design not answering to anyone but myself! I wanted to run my own business and what better industry to do in than in Fitness and Nutrition. Already having a robust scientific background of how the body functions, a wealth of nutritional knowledge, living and enjoying a healthy active lifestyle, it was a no brainer!
I am proud to say that I am no longer part of the rat race. I'm now running my own business as a Master Trainer and Lifestyle Coach. Educating and creating sustainable change within others to reach their health and fitness goals is more fulfilling than any job I've had!
